Privacy Policy
Effective 29 October 2026
AI Coding Interviews (aicodinginterviews.com) is run by Bridgetowers Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the service, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions: support@aicodinginterviews.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, from the sign-up form or from Google if you sign in with Google.
- Profile: the display name, headline and visibility settings you choose for leaderboards and your public profile.
- Practice rounds: everything you do in a round so it can be graded: the code and files in your workspace, commands you run and their output, prompts you give Claude Code and its responses, your questions to the product manager and its answers, timings, test results, and your written notes.
- Reports and scores: the coaching report, skill scores, points and leaderboard rankings produced from your rounds.
- Billing: your plan, subscription status, purchases and promo codes. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security, rate limiting and fixing problems.
How we use it
- To run your practice rounds and produce your coaching reports and scores.
- To show leaderboards and public profiles (see “What others can see”).
- To manage your plan and payments.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To improve our questions and grading, using aggregated information.
We don’t sell your data, show ads, or use third-party analytics or tracking.
AI processing
Practice rounds use AI models from Anthropic (Claude). Your prompts, code and session activity are sent to Anthropic to run Claude Code in your workspace, to answer your questions as the product manager, and to grade your round. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models by default. AI scores and feedback can be wrong; they are coaching, not a judgement by any employer.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the product, each for its own part:
- Google Cloud: hosting, in the United States.
- Anthropic: AI models, as described above.
- WorkOS: sign-in and account security.
- Stripe: payments. Stripe processes your payment as the seller of record and handles sales tax, under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: domain name service and forwarding of emails sent to our support address.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.
What others can see
Your display name, points, tier, rankings and the parts of your profile you choose to show appear on leaderboards and your public profile. Your email address, code, prompts and reports are never shown to other users. You can hide yourself from leaderboards and your profile in Settings.
Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores small preferences, such as your workspace layout. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, rounds and reports while your account is open, so you can see your history and progress. You can erase completed rounds from their report page and export your account and completed round data in Settings. Erasure removes round content and leaderboard results; we retain minimal round identifiers, dates and usage totals for allowance and billing records. Ask us to delete your account by emailing support@aicodinginterviews.com; we handle requests within 30 days. Copies in our backups are removed as backups expire, within about 30 days. Payment records are kept by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing support@aicodinginterviews.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have further rights, including objecting to some uses and complaining to your data protection authority.
Security
Connections between your browser and the public service use HTTPS. Each round runs in a separate container with restricted external network access, and our provider API keys stay on the server. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app.
