Terms of Service
Effective 29 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Bridgetowers Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”) for using AI Coding Interviews at aicodinginterviews.com (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The service
AI Coding Interviews is a place to practise AI-assisted coding interviews: you work on a question in a real codebase with Claude Code in a private sandbox, and get an AI-generated coaching report. Scores and feedback are produced by AI and can be wrong. They are for practice only: they are not an assessment by any employer and don’t guarantee any interview result. Our questions are original and are not taken from any company’s interviews.
Your account
You must be at least 16 to use the service, and old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy a plan. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. One person per account: don’t share it.
Plans and payment
- Plans are subscriptions that renew automatically (monthly, every 3 months or yearly, as chosen) until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and include tax.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax. Stripe’s terms apply to the payment itself.
- Each plan includes a number of rounds per month, counted from the day you subscribed. Unused rounds don’t carry over to the next month. A round that never starts (for example, if you leave the briefing without pressing Start, or the workspace fails to start) doesn’t count.
- Extra rounds can be bought by subscribers who have used their month’s rounds; they are used once your plan’s rounds are gone. Free rounds from promo codes are single-use and have no cash value.
- Changing plan takes effect immediately; Stripe charges or credits the difference for the rest of the billing period.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund partial periods or used rounds, except where the law requires it. If a round fails because of a problem on our side, email support@aicodinginterviews.com and we’ll replace it.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- try to break out of the sandbox, attack or overload the service, or access other users’ data;
- try to extract, copy or publish our questions, hidden tests, reference solutions or grading;
- use the sandbox or AI budget for anything other than practising (for example mining, scraping or running other services);
- use the service for anything illegal, or to create harmful content;
- share your account, or resell access to the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content and ours
The code and notes you write are yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including with our AI providers, to run the service, produce your reports and improve the service (using aggregated information). The questions, reports, software and design of the service are ours; please don’t republish them.
Leaderboards and profiles
Your display name, scores, points and the profile sections you choose to show are visible to other users. You can hide yourself in Settings. Please choose a display name that isn’t offensive or misleading; we may change ones that are.
Third-party tools
Rounds use Claude Code and models from Anthropic. Anthropic’s usage policies apply to what you ask the AI to do.
Changes and availability
We’re improving the service all the time, so features, questions and prices may change. For price changes to an existing subscription, we’ll tell you in advance, and they take effect from your next billing period. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost job opportunities), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
